Workflow Recommender

Free AI workflow recommender: describe your goal and get ranked MintedBrain tasks and learning paths—real step-by-step workflows, not invented titles.

How it works

  1. Describe your goalA sentence or two is enough. We match your words to real task pages and learning paths in the catalog.
  2. Optional filtersNarrow by category or boost with the same topic tags we use elsewhere on the site.
  3. Open a resultEach link goes to a real task or path page; nothing is invented by a model.

Your goal

0 / 8000 characters. Use plain language; we rank against titles, descriptions, and tags.

Boost with topicsOptional

Same interest list as Course Recommender. Helps when your goal wording does not overlap the catalog yet.

What this tool does

Workflow Recommender helps you find a relevant task page (a practical job to complete with AI tools) or a learning path (a structured sequence on MintedBrain). You describe your goal in plain language, optionally narrow by category, and optionally boost with the same interest tags used elsewhere on the site. Each result links to a real page in the catalog.

What this tool does not do

  • It does not generate new workflows or titles that are not already in the catalog.
  • It does not guarantee outcomes or pick tools for you inside a task page.
  • It is education only, not professional, medical, or legal advice.

Common questions

How does Workflow Recommender pick results?

It loads the public task and learning-path catalogs, then scores each item using overlap between your goal words and the item title, description, and learning tags (roles, audiences, industries). Optional topic tags (the same list as Course Recommender) add extra weight. Paths get a small tie-break from step count. Results are ranked and deduplicated so one category does not fill the whole list.

Does it use ChatGPT or another generative model?

No. Recommendations are retrieval and deterministic scoring only. We never invent task or path names.

What if nothing matches?

Try different wording, clear the category filter, add topic boosts, or browse Tasks and Paths from the site navigation.
