Unlike post-call analytics tools, Balto works in the moment: when a customer raises an objection, Balto surfaces the best rebuttal immediately; when a compliance phrase is missed, Balto reminds the agent before the call ends; when a customer expresses frustration, Balto suggests an empathy statement. Managers can push real-time message alerts to individual agents or the whole floor during live calls.
