Nudge Security Launches AI Agent Discovery to Fight Shadow AI

Nudge Security announced on March 24 new capabilities that give security teams visibility into the AI agents employees are building and deploying across enterprise SaaS platforms.

What It Does

The tool automatically discovers and inventories AI agents, connects each agent to its human creator, maps integrations and data access permissions, and surfaces risk insights based on configuration and capabilities.

It covers agents running on Microsoft Copilot Studio, Salesforce Agentforce, ServiceNow, n8n, Tines, Workato, Abacus, ChatGPT, and Gemini for Google Workspace.

Risk Prioritization

The platform flags publicly accessible agents, hardcoded credentials, unauthenticated MCP connections, high-risk integrations, and orphaned agents. Security teams can set approval statuses, assign owners, and send targeted nudges to the people responsible.

Why This Matters Now

Agentic AI is the fastest-growing enterprise technology priority. It is also the top security concern for nearly half of security professionals. Employees are quickly deploying AI agents on platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio without checking security first. Nudge Security says 80% of organizations already face risks from AI agents with too much access to company data.
